It's possible to create portal to 4D, but it needs pure gluons to create strong magnetic field and collision of photons in this magnetic field. Magnetic field must be as strong to destabilize electromagnetic field. Electric part of electromagnetic weave create portal through space. This part is scalar weave and needs scalar field manipulation technology.
So don't try, accelerator isn't ready for this kind technology.
