Codification of genetic memory

Ethics as in morals come from the heart. Your genetic memories will return naturally as soon as you have reawakened the capacity to remember. Often the quickest way is to just let if hapoen and focus on healing yourself one step at a time starting with any current issues you may have. However the best advice is to just follow your heart (inner guidance) &do what feels right. You will remember when you are ready. Personally I managed to for E an awakening and I wish I hadn't. I wouldn't recommend it. While it is possible it was painful and then when I finally remembered that was worse because I was not ready. Restoring balance not only healed much of what had been damaged it supecharged my total awakening including memory. At first I ended up giving up almost all I had worked so for. I got most of it back, but I delayed getting some of it until after I would have anyway, I don't want it anymore. It wasn't but I was not ready to accept the truth. Genetic encoding such as belief systems relating o morals or proper behaviour are actually more a manifestation of one's consciousness rather than the cause. Focusing on the inner work will help ease and speed.the transition to achieving your goals while keeping you from going too far. Love is the answer. What do you want? And what makes your heart sing?
