Someone suspected he was in a tundra. But there was no shortage of reindeer. After all, a villager said he saw the Grand Shaman go to the tundra at night. And he showed the direction.
The chase was organized. The group was walking fast and could catch up with the Grand Shaman in a matter of hours. But he was nowhere to be found. The chase was on its way all day long and in the evening they reached the shore of a strange swamp. It was not on the maps and even the locals never mentioned it. And here, suddenly, a real swamp will permafice in perpetuity. On its shore there were traces of the Great Shaman.
As if he had left them specially to irritate people. The traces said that the Great Shaman was walking through the swamp. The path through the swamp was clearly visible and the group followed.
However, after the first steps something strange started to happen. First, the participants of the chase understood that they were trampling on the spot. They seemed to be walking fast, but they only moved a few meters forward. It seemed as if they were dressing their legs in a place. So they stood in one place and at the same time they started running on the signal. In this way they managed to break the dam.
It turned out that group effort can overcome the resistance of mud, and alone everyone will struggle in the place for a very long time.
The road was winding between the clumps and the seekers even thought that the swamp had become drier. The group quickly moved forward. At one point the path was bypassed by a small hill. And when the first ones turned behind the slope the hills of those who were walking behind disappeared. Apparently, nothing happened so much that ten people walking along the road suddenly disappeared. It was too late when they realized it was ahead. There are only three of them left. Four specimens among the big marshes. The remaining ones seemed to melt in the air. At first there was a panic, but they mastered it and went on. After a few kilometers they saw something strange. The surface of the swamps became like clay baked from the heat. The hard shell covered the moor. On this shell human traces could be seen.
Apparently, the Grand Shaman reached the crust and walked along it to the center of the marsh. The racers followed him. And there was another terrible gift waiting for them. They barely stood on a hard surface when something incredible happened: one of them suddenly disappeared. Only what was standing next, and then was lost, as if he had never existed. There were two left who continued their chase. They walked on the hard shell and felt it springing under their feet. They moved very carefully so as not to destroy the baked surface. When they walked about two kilometers, they saw such an incomprehensible picture. A huge sphere, the height of a four-storey building, dominated over the swamp. She looked like a stone. The air around the sphere gently glowed. They also noticed that they were surrounded by absolute silence. Bird songs could not be heard. Neither a gust of wind nor any sound. No movement around. Only a huge stone ball and complete silence. They didn't understand what it was like to be a bullet? The traces of the Great Shaman have disappeared. They wanted to know what it was like?
But as soon as they tried to get closer to it, something happened. They found themselves in the middle of a tundra. There was no mud or a giant stone ball.
They were alone in the infinite uniform tundra. They did not know where to go, all the landmarks were lost. However, these two people reached the settlement from which the chase started. Out of eighteen people, two returned. They told the locals about a swamp and a ball, but they only touched their arms. The reindeer shepherds knew that there were no swamps nearby, and there was never one. Only some vague legends about an amazing stone were circulating among the locals, but most of them considered it a fairy tale, so nobody took it seriously.
This was the end of one of the secret expeditions to the tundra, organized by the dangerous Czech Republic. Those who have disappeared have all found themselves. These fifteen people, who disappeared at the beginning of the road, were incredibly thousands of kilometres away, from the place of exploration, in Siberia, in a forest deafened Krasnoyarsk region. They ran through the forest for almost a week and when they arrived at the village, nobody believed in their story. They did not believe in the story of those two who were in the middle of a strange swamp. Their reports were considered to be strictly confidential and found in the archives. The further fate of the participants of the expedition is sad. All those who were carried by incredible force to the Krasnoyarsk region fell ill and died within two years. Two of the people who reached the bullet were found mad and sent for forced treatment in a psychiatric hospital. The fate of the one who disappeared near the sphere is unknown.
